Cancellation Conditions
- up to 1 month before day of arrival you can cancel free of charge
- up to 14 days before day of arrival we charge 40% of the booked stay
- from 13 days to 7 days before day of arrival we charge 60% of the booked stay
- within the last 6 days before arrival we charge 80% of the booked stay
In case of delayed arrival or early departure please notice that we charge the total amount of the booked stay.
Bookings for winter 2020/2021
For the winter season 20/21 we have eased our cancellation conditions!
You can cancel your directly booked stay up to 10 days before arrival for free.
In case that an arrival or the stay isn't possible due to Covid-19 (border closure, increased travel warning level, quarantine, lockdown etc...) a modification or even a cancellation are still possible without any costs within the last 10 days.

We recommend the Europäische Reisevericherung.
